Nicholas Rodrigue did a great job of answering our questions without making us feel rushed. He was thorough in his responses to our questions and was knowledgeable on the topic we were discussing. We appreciated the time he took to talk with us, as it helped us in our decision-making process when it came to next steps for our son. He provided us with enough information that we felt informed and prepared to make our decision.

Our APRN was extremely thorough regarding our post operation. He asked a lot of questions and made sure to take his time in answering any questions that I had.

The APRN we saw was awesome. He talked to my son, made sure he understood everything and didn't feel embarrassed. He didn't rush the appointment. He's great with kids and also explained things to me as well. Very kind and respectful.

Nick was very respectful of my transgender son autistic son and listen to him even when it took a long time to get to the point. Nick never made us feel rushed

Nick was wonderful. He answered all of my questions with patience and compassion. He explained the risks of the surgery we decided on and helped ease any concerns I had about the process. He took lots of time to talk to me about the decision and I never felt rushed. He was kind and compassionate. I would absolutely recommend him to a friend.

I very much appreciated Nick's extra consideration and asking if [my child] would be comfortable with an exam. His approach made both of us more comfortable and helped [my child] have a positive and successful exam.

Was not dissatisfied at all! Left feeling like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders. There was no sense of being rushed. I felt comfortable to ask all my questions. I was thoroughly impressed. My husband also liked our daughters provider & had 0 complaints.
