Leif Lovig, MD, is a board certified Pediatric Cardiologist with more than 10 years of experience providing compassionate and cutting edge care to patients with congenital and acquired heart disease, from fetal life through young adulthood. Dr. Lovig is a regional leader in the performance and interpretation of Fetal Echocardiograms. He also specializes in outpatient evaluation and management of all forms of congenital and acquired heart disease in children and young adults.

Dr. Lovig obtained his Bachelors of Science from Syracuse University and Doctor of Medicine degree from New York Medical College (Valhalla, NY). He completed his general Pediatrics Residency training at Maria Fareri Children’s Hospital, in Valhalla, NY, where he served as Chief Resident in his final year. He completed his Pediatric Cardiology Fellowship at Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh, where he served as Chief Fellow in his final year.
