Cristina helped my nervous daughter by explaining each step she was going to take to remove a painful object that was near her eardrum. She even explained if she couldn't get it she would need to use a loud vacuum. And I'm glad she prepared her because it ended up being needed. She was very gentle and fast.

I can't say enough good things about Cristina. She was excellent with [my child], and she was super informative. Not to mention, how thorough she was. There was a lot of built up wax in [my child's] ear, preventing her from getting a good look. She was so thorough in removing the wax and even his current ear tube that was no longer in place. She was excellent.

Cristina was absolutely amazing. So impressed. My only complaint is not being able to do the follow up with her since she will be on leave :( we loved her that much!
