Dr. Davey is a Pediatric Cardiologist and Director of the Echocardiography Lab at Connecticut Children’s. Her clinical interests include fetal, transthoracic, and transesophageal echocardiography. Dr. Davey was awarded grant funding from the New England Congenital Cardiology Research Foundation as the principal investigator for the multi-center study “T-Cell receptor excision circles: a novel approach to identify immunodeficiency in newborns with congenital heart disease”.
Dr. Davey is board-certified in pediatrics and pediatric cardiology. She is a member of several professional organizations including the American Heart Association and the American Society of Echocardiography.
Dr. Davey completed fellowships in pediatric cardiology and noninvasive cardiac imaging at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Notre Dame and received her medical degree from New York University School of Medicine. Dr. Davey completed her pediatrics residency at Columbia University – Morgan Stanley Children’s Hospital of New York. In addition to her clinical fellowship, Dr. Davey completed the Clinical Research Certificate Program at the Center for Clinical Epidemiology and Biostatistics at the University of Pennsylvania. She also received a T32 NIH research grant from 2011- 2013 to support her clinical research.
