Dr. Dudley is a pediatric urologist at Connecticut Children’s. She is the Director of the Myelomeningocele Program, Co-Director of the Clinic for Variations of Sex Development (GUPPE), and Co-Director of the Posterior Urethral Valves Program (PUV). Dr. Dudley’s clinical interests include spina bifida, neuropathic bladder, variations in sex development, hydronephrosis, UPJ obstruction, reflux, congenital differences of the urinary tract, and penile conditions such as hypospadias. Dr. Dudley’s surgical expertise includes open, minimally invasive (robotic or laparoscopic), and endoscopic treatment of pediatric urologic conditions. Dr. Dudley serves as the pediatric urologist for the Comprehensive Fertility and Sexual Health Program, and she has a special interest in fertility preservation in oncology patients. Her clinical research interests include neurogenic bladder, posterior urethral valves, hydronephrosis, variations in sex development, and patient safety and quality.
